Traffic shift begins Monday at Grand Valley Boulevard, Birk Road intersection in Martinsville

MARTINSVILLE, Ind. (Sept. 26, 2019) — Beginning on or after Monday, September 30, traffic will be shifted at the intersection of Grand Valley Boulevard and N. Birk Road in Martinsville for installation of a box culvert.

The traffic pattern at the intersection will be shifted as follows for approximately two weeks:

Grand Valley Boulevard is permanently closed at S.R. 37 and S. Birk Road remains closed between Grand Valley and Flag Stone Drive until mid-November.

The speed limit in the S.R. 37 construction zone between S.R. 252 and Ohio Street remains 45 mph and drivers are urged to slow down, use caution and drive without distractions through the area.
